  • Stanislav Molčan

    Stanislav Molčan
    Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Molčan graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Information Technology of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, Department of Telecommunications. He launched his career at Global Network Services a.s. (later EuroWeb Slovakia a.s.), where he worked as Sales and Marketing Director from 1996 to 2000. He gained further managerial experience and skills within the sales and marketing areas at ViaPVT a.s., EuroTel Bratislava a.s. before he became Sales and Marketing Director at GTS Slovakia s.r.o. in 2002. As the head of the Sales Department of GTS Slovakia, he greatly contributed to the current position of GTS Nextra in the Slovak telecommunications market. In December 2006 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.

  • Marek Kottman

    Marek Kottman
    Financial Director

    Mr. Kottman graduated in 2000 from the University of Economics in Bratislava. He started his career in 1998 as Chief Accountant and later Head of Finance at Finservis, a.s. In 2002 he joined GTS Slovakia in the position of Finance Director. After the acquisitions of Telenor Networks and Nextra in January 2006 he was appointed to the position of Finance Director and Member of the Board of Directors of GTS Nextra. Mr. Kottman is responsible for planning, financial management, controlling, billing and accounting, including internal, statutory reporting and back office affairs.

  • Ivan Leščák

    Ivan Leščák
    Regulation and Interconnection Specialist

    A graduate of Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, Ivan Leščák started his career in SWH, a software house owned by Siemens in Bratislava, where he held the position of Manager, TCP/IP Networks. In 1995 he was a co-founder of EUnet Slovakia, the first provider of Internet services in Slovakia. He was the company’s Executive and Technical Manager until its merge with EuroWeb Slovakia in 2000, after which he became Technical and Development Manager. In 2002 he joined GTS Slovakia as Manager for Products and Strategies. In his present position, Ivan Leščák deals with the issues of telecommunication markets regulation, relations between operators, analysing market conditions, formulating strategic targets and developing the company’s strategic portfolio. He is also member of Board of Directors.

  • Juraj Ďurov

    Juraj Ďurov
    Director of Strategies and Products

    A 1992 graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Komenského University in Bratislava, Juraj Ďurov worked from 1993 until 1995 for IT&IS, an information technologies company, as Product and Development Manager. From 1996 until 2000 he worked for Euroweb Slovakia, a provider of Internet services, as Sales Manager and from 1998 also as a Operations Manager. In 2000 he joined Nextra (a company owned by Telenor Norway) as Product and Marketing Manager. In 2004 his scope of responsibilities was extended by being appointed also as Manager for Strategy and Product Management in Nextra and Telenor Networks, and until 2007 held this position also in GTS Slovakia. He is also member of Board of Directors.

  • Juraj Eliáš

    Juraj Eliáš
    Technical Director

    Mr. Elias graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava in 1988. He started his career in telecommunications as a researcher at the Research Institute for Posts and Telecommunications in Banská Bystrica. He gained managerial experience and skills as IT Manager at Agrobanka Praha (1992-1996). He returned to the telecom sector in 1996 as Technical Director of the new ISP Isternet, s.r.o, later bought by Euroweb, a.s., where he held the same position (1996-2002). He accepted new challenges in 2004, when he joined ISP Nextra s.r.o. At Nextra his managerial responsibilities first covered business development, in the position of Business Development Manager. This was followed by the position of Network Manager for both Telenor Networks and Nextra, s.r.o. (2004-2006). At the time of the merger with GTS Slovakia he was holding the position of Director IP and Wireless, followed by the position of Technical Director from November 2006.

  • Tomáš Jaššo

    Tomáš Jaššo
    Sales Director

    Mr. Jasso graduated in 2006 from the University of Economics in Bratislava. He launched his career at Globtel a.s. (today Orange Slovensko a.s.), where he worked at the Customer Services Department from 1998 to 2000. Thereafter he joined the newly established team of eTel Slovensko, where he helped to start one of the first alternative telecommunications operators in Slovakia. From 2000 to 2002 he worked in the position of Key Account Manager. From 2003 to 2004 he was responsible for running the business activities of the company in Slovakia. From 2005 to 2006 he was a member of the management team of Quadia DCT, a.s., working as Sales Director, and in 2005 he participated in the successful sale of Quadia DCT Inc. to GTS CE Holding. From 2006 he worked as Director of Direct Sales at the newly established GTS Nextra, a.s. In February 2006 he was appointed Sales and Marketing Director.

  • Michal Kemenik

    Michal Kemenik
    Director of IT/IS

    He graduated from the Faculty of Business Informatics of the University of Economics in Bratislava specializing on IT in 2002. His involvement in the TelCo sector started in the eTel Slovakia Company with the establishment of the Customer Service Department and his leading of the section ensuring aDSL and Carrier Selection service provision. Later, as the Customer Service Director, he took over further responsibilities connected with the proposal, implementation and operation of CRM and the invoicing system. In Dial Telecom, he has participated in the preparation and management of incorporating the acquired eTel Slovakia Company since 2008 and since 2009, holding the position of the Chief Operations Officer, he has ensured the fulfilment of tasks of the technical department and the customer hotline from 2009. After the acquisition of Dial Telecom by the GTS Slovakia Company in 2010, he has been applying his experience as the IS/IT Director.
